Trick or Treat Studios and Hanna-Barbera are proud to present the officially licensed villains of Scooby-Doo collection featuring the Ghost Clown costume and mask combo. The Ghost Clown was the disguise of Harry the Hypnotist, who vowed revenge against Mr. Barnstorm's circus, after Mr. Barnstorm had sent him to prison for stealing in the now famous episode from Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?, "Bedlam in the Big Top". Includes:
