Comes deflated. Please note, this balloon must be inflated with a high pressure latex balloon regulator at a helium station for a wrinkle-free result and to protect from breakages. Incorrect inflation may result in a poor result and as inflation procedures are out of our control we do not accept returns on these balloons for any reason.
