Pack includes 1 PVC balloon and 1 set of coloured battery-operated LED lights.

Balloon comes deflated and measures up to 40cm when inflated, LED Lights require AA batteries to operate (not included).

For balloon to float needs to be inflated with helium. Balloon can be filled with air (best done with an air compressor) although it won't float. Requires additional helium compared to a similar sized foil balloon and must be sealed tightly to prevent deflation.

Attention and care is required to achieve perfect inflation - no returns or refunds are provided once inflation attempts have been made.

A beautiful way to make your pink themed party or celebration extra special, wrap LED lights around balloon as per instructions on the pack and attach to a balloon weight or float loosely around your party room for a pretty orb of pink colour.
